It was claimed by one individual that one might be able to farm as much as 4 blood stone chunks in a single run. I don't know anything about that, as I have not been farming that there. I have, however, been farming for echoes in Cainhurst Castle. This will not be nearly as ludicrous as 4 blood stone chunks in 1-2 hours, however it might be close.You can also farm Depth 5 Gargoyles in the Chalice Dungeons, but their drop rate's inconsistent at best and they've got Gems mixed in. Yep having similar problems for a while. Getting triangle and waning gems for quite the while, but not a single good radial. I think it definitely has something to do with the discovery (361). Discovery allows you to get more gem drops rather than Blood vials or bullets. It also makes it so, unfortunately, you get more ritual blood.
In mob farming, the chance of a gem drop for all the mobs that do not have a 100% gem drop rate. It's a pain to farm dungeons offline. The biggest issue is that you can't use glyphs without PS+, which means you actually have to spend materials each time you want to create a dungeon. Couple that with the fact that you're not guaranteed to encounter any desirable bosses/loot and you're in for a long grind.

It's probably not worth farming radials from a boss, just use the gargoyles. 19.3% to 21% will probably only be 10-20 more AR, with WAY more time investment for an off shape drop, since Amy is only in one Pthumeru dungeon, and it's only a depth 4, so no abyssal gem.
