So doing some searching for an early "B" body I came across this '62 Polara 500. Not my favorite but it's definitely a unique vehicle. This car was bought new in California, spent most of its life in Oregon. Being rust free to me is more than half the battle so that was the contributing factor to purchase it.I only see a very small amount of damage, but I am concerned with the rad support. Again, a proper shop will pull this straight if they can. I have two 64' B bodies so I know this area. I don't think the rad support looks too bad, but you can't be sure until the fender comes off.
