Faint line on frer.

Hey ladies. I tested at 12 dpo and bfn. I tested again the day AF was due (yesterday) and got an extremely faint line on a dollar store test. I tested again 4 hours later with a frer and got a very faint positive. I'm a little nervous because with my son, I had a positive at 8 dpo and a glaring dark line by 14 dpo.Apr 8, 2024 at 5:00 PM. I had what I believed to be two very faint positive Clear Blue pregnancy tests on 4/3 and 4/4, FMU. Both of them were blue dye tests and I know they can be notorious for evap lines so I requested a blood test on 4/4. I thought the test ordered would be confirming with a yes or no if I was pregnant, not the HCG level test.Berry30: the way a positive is shown on the box isn't a faint line, so I think that's where some of the "confusion" comes from. From the Wondfo instructions: "Distinct color bands appear in the Control and Test Zones. It indicates that you are pregnant.yeah I think that is the case here, but saw the line in the timeframe so thought possibly It could be a genuine line but I do think you’re right, might have to stop using easy@home tests. this doesn’t look like the test set up right. There’s streaks on the white window so I wouldn’t trust this one.FRER's are notorius for indents that look like faint positives. Sometimes the spots of pink is just part of a dye run. If you are having a Chemical then yes you will start your period like normal.

I'm 13dpt and 12dpo and trying not to be excited. The wondfo seems to be the same as yesterday, this is my first FRER. I would say that's positive. I got faint lines on Monday and Tuesday, tested today with digital and it seems positive, but still not as dark as the control line.

I haven't had any issues with FRER in Canada, I definitely had a BFN with one at the end of last cycle, no lines or even an evap after time limit. After being in testing threads for the past few months I honestly think most tests will give you a shadow.

I HATE frer. Hate them. I prefer clearblue. I got an obvious line on cb when frer had barely a squinter. I can see progression in your cheapies! You also have to remember hcg doubles every 24-48 hours so you may not see a difference each day or a difference between morning and evening , but should every 2ish days.

Don't think I'll ever buy FRER again lol. I read reviews on people getting a lot of false positives with these but I'm assuming getting faint lines on 2 different brands and a dark line on CB brand and a "Pregnant" on a CB digi means this is really happening!

This is the first one I took. Sorry I took it apart because I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. Probably after 20 mins. The bottom one is the second one I took. I looks like an Evap line to me. Try and compare the control lines (to the right) on FRER and easy@home. The FRER control line is a much lighter pink, and therefore the test line is also lighter. If you look at easy@home, the control line is very dark. So in conclusion, easy@home tests have a darker color in them, and that's why you see a difference.Hiya ladies.
