Factory reset ecobee.
Yesterday, something happened to remove the ecobee from my account and the thermostat went back to default settings. I lost my scheduling, preferences, everything. I had to reconnect to the account and set everything up again. This happened when no one was home, so that removes the possibility of someone doing a factory reset by mistake
