I have searched the forum for some troubleshooting such as trying different USB cables and checking the fuses. This is the media hub that has the AUX input to the immediate right of the USB in question.After only a year and a half, my overhead DVD player suddenly stopped working. I brought the vehicle to the dealership and was told that it would cost 1800.00 to replace. That is more than the original DVD player itself. You just need to unplug 3 fuses in the fuse box, then plug them back in. Apple CarPlay isn’t the problem, Chrysler’s shitty hardware and the uconnect software are. Shit freezes and breaks in a variety of ways. Frankly, CarPlay is the best thing about my Pacifica and uconnect is the worst.
