I always recommend Anarchy because it gives a huge damage increase for only one point. If you don't like the accuracy loss there's always Discord to burn off excessive stacks. You can use other elements but shock will be the most effective. For raid bosses I used the "bee-hawk" and her "The Better Half" skill and it synergizes really good.
