The Talios has much, much higher damage, penetration and mitigation stats. Plus the ship ability (the damage buff vs Borg) is higher on the tier 1 Talios than a tier 9 Vidar. Adding the Lower Decs crew and using the remaining below deck crew slots to pad out the stats on the Vidar, its still not as good as a that tier 1 Talios. For proper PvP your crew is fine but you will likely find at your level that Kirk/Spock/Khan is better. And 5/10/Kirk/Spock is better still. If you insist on using a burning crew 5/10/Kumak/Nero or 5/10/Kumak/Georgiou is better for PvP as well. For pvp, captain can be dependent on what you want like borg jaylah, yuki, or kirk.
