The Light Armor skill tree in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has a focus similar to Heavy Armor, but there are some key differences that give it its own pros and cons.
Heavy armor pros: Useless, making the choice easier. Light armor pros: Reaches the same armor value as HA only without the penalties (normal people call this sh*t game design). Heavy armor cons: Exists for some reason. Light armor cons: None. 1h pros: None. 2h pros: None. Dual Wield pros: None.
