Edit: Another thing with Blue flame is that form infusions like Eruption and Wall deal full damage, while plasma will deal half. Blue Fire is great, but for your second element you might want to consider taking Earth. The 'Deadly Earth' infusion is amazing. You can always pick up Blue Fire later.
