It takes about 15 min. But for some reason not the most pleasant 15 min. And you have to be confident that you can re-adjust the machine for each gauge.

The SAAMI 12 gauge chamber is 0.810+0.005-0.000. This means the minimum acceptable chamber is 0.810.The 77 is older, has a different wad guide, finger inserts in a metal holder, vs 82 with 1 piece all plastic wad guide (not interchange able because the rod holding the guide is also different). The crimp starter on the 77 is also all metal with an insert for different crimps ( either will fit if you have the stud for the plastic one).Restoring this Sizemaster. Going to replace the primer tray cover due to a small chunk missing (cosmetic). ... Recess in far end of tray cover would imply something like this as well...yet I can find nothing in mec parts, pics, etc to support this. I bought a couple off of ebay that were 20+ years old and they work great. Your unit shouldn't need any reconditioning unless it was abused.
