I have cleaned the rad, the thermostat is new and i checked its working, it has a new head gasket, the rad isnt heating up enough to turn the thermo switch on but ...Combustion in the cooling system ussually gets worse and pushes coolant out overflow while driving due to overpressure. That is normal when burping. 3/4 on the temp gauge in the mountains trying to keep up with traffic is normal as well.
