I can't for the life of me soothe him enough to "tame" him. I heard that the maximum soothes you need to do to gain a horse's trust is 25 (but I'm not sure really) and I have done many more than that. I have brought many food items that replenish and overfill my stamina bar (my stamina is 1 wheel and 3 quarters) and still I cannot tame him.
