MASSIVE random latency spikes and random durations of packet loss. I have AT&T Internet 100 (100/20 VDSL2). It's been excellent for 5 years or so since I switched to AT&T from the local cable co. But out of no where the past 3 days I've been experiencing weird completely random latency spikes, and durations of packet loss.
