The best O-rings I have used thus far are the Captain O-Ring 40A 0.2mm Reduction Rings -- they really seem to do the trick for these switches. Everyone is different so use what you want. But Akko makes great switches for the money, that's for sure.

The extra strong pins is a really nice feature too, I didn't have a single bent pin putting this in - and as many others have commented in reviews, these come in a fantastic, sturdy box (as opposed to loose in a bag).
