My Founder's Edition 4090 seems to hit a limit above +1000 which works out to 1450-1475 mhz tops in Port Royal. I can also pass with +1200 but don't feel it's stable in most games. +1300 or +1400 results in almost instant artifacts. In your answer please include the card vendor (Nvidia FE, Asus, MSI, etc.). Now I have about 30c temp delta between the GPU temp and hotspot. In Cyberpunk 2077, GPU is consistently between 95-100C hotspot. Stock GPU settings, PL at 100% which is 450W, BIOS at Performance Mode.
